Can I rent just one room?
No. We do not rent rooms but you can rent the whole flat for single use or double use if there are two applicants.
Is the student residence during the Covid pandemic open?
Yes. It continues to be fully operational in its mission to support students. See tips for living well in Milan.
How long do contracts last at Residence Chiaralba?
Contracts are for 12 months and generally start in September and end in August, in parallel with the duration of the university academic year.
Possibility of having an occasional guest
You can receive a guest from time to time by following the rules, you can ask the administration how to do this.
Can I share the flat?
Yes. If you have a university colleague who would like to rent the flat with you, you can request the Chiaralba residence formula for double use.
Do you organise sharing?
